Each new market differentiates themselves by providing hospitality services for their customers. Their common areas are designed to help customers relax, catch up on work, or having a refreshment while waiting for their services to be complete. 

Hubert traditionally has been a food service merchandising company but we are expanding into non-foodservice categories!.  Our current target markets: Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, & Education have requested we provide products “outside of the kitchen” and expand into other areas.  Examples would be hotel entrance areas, outdoor patio areas and inside the guest rooms.  Furniture, Décor, & Accessories that are non-foodservice are also targeted categories.  This trend is continuing across all of the markets – they are looking to us for a broader inclusive offering for their businesses.  Since we already have these established relationships. This would also be an opportunity for you to reach markets and business units that you currently do not deal with.

In addition – we are expanding into other markets such as car dealerships, physician offices, and retail oriented shops. There is an additional site that we represent www.retailresource.com that is non-food service.  Your products would also be offered on this site as well.  Our expanded web assortment program grew over 40% last year through both www.hubert.com & www.retailresource.com.  

Ideal Vendors

  • Sell products that fit into retail environments, particularly operations that sell or offer food and beverages
  • Make or carry innovative products are particularly desirable
  • Must drop ship small case packs within 1-5 business days and fulfill any backorders
  • Must address customer service issues with-in 24 hours
  • Must drop ship from a United States warehouse, and those that can also sell into the Canadian market are preferred

Hubert has partnered with SPS Commerce to assist in expanding their assortment through the SPS Sourcing Referral Network, Product Content Management, and Drop-Ship Fulfillment Programs. You have been identified as a potential vendor partner for Hubert strategic expansion goals. SPS Commerce will enable the electronic catalog and streamline drop-ship fulfillment for your partnership.

An item management solution is a complete product catalog tool that enables retailers and suppliers to share valuable item information in a consistent and standardized format. Hubert expects all new suppliers to us the SPS Commerce Assortment solution to provide item data to Hubert.
