Requirements

  • 99% on-time shipping
  • U.S.-based distribution
  • Walmart.com pays for shipping and will decide which Small Parcel or LTL/Freight carrier method to use
  • For Small Parcel items DSV must be able to ship with FedEx, UPS, & USPS
  • For LTL/Freight items DSV must be able to ship with Yellow, Pilot, & ESTES
  • DSV will be shipper of record and will have to file their own claims with the carrier for items lost or damaged in transit
  • Customer returns will be liquidated
  • Carry a $1 million insurance policy
  • DSVs items are setup items via API (preferred) or Supplier Center
  • All DSV agreement terms are non-negotiable
